About me
I do not represent the things I paint, I live them. I never really know what the result is going to be, but rather try to represent forms and landscapes that lead to deeper meanings than those of simple representation and at the same time pursuing the abstract beauty of colours. Painting is, fundamentally, a mysterious and somewhat mental allusion, as the great painters have discerned. Whoever paints from a project can only make a flat painting. I am more interested in suggesting, in creating active attention that moves the spirit.
